How Do I Become A Customer?

Responsible lending

As a responsible lender we need to ask you to provide some supporting information before we offer credit. We’ll make it as simple as possible, and in a lot of cases, we’ll just need the following:

  • Proof of income such as latest wage slip or benefit statement
  • Recent bank statement

However, in some cases, we may also need some further information:

  • Proof of address - such as rental or mortgage documents or recent household bill
  • Proof of ID - such as driving licence or passport
